Hi there! My name is Lydia, I’m a Los Angeles based creative freelancer with experience in both theater and television, wearing many hats, mostly as a Scenic Artist, Set Decorator, and Prop Fabricator.
I have 5+ years as a Scenic Artist, with one year spent as an apprentice at The Juilliard School in New York. My experience has taught me to be a dependable and organized team player and how to work in many different fast-paced environments. I have also led crews as a Scenic Charge for several successful Off-Broadway productions in NYC.
My favorite type of work is something that uses both creative problem solving and will keep me on my feet. This led me to set decoration and design for television. My projects have had a wide range of diversity, keeping the work interesting and fun.
